• Patients or their attendants are requested to fill in the Admission Form in the Front Office.
• The Admission Department will allot you a room of your choice, subject to availability.
• Please note that diet and other services will be extra.
• Only 1 attender allowed per patient at night, except in case of special permission by the treating physician.
• A minimum levy of Rs. 100 will be charged for an additional attender.
• We advise you not to wear any gold or diamond ornaments while coming to the hospital while getting admitted, and the hospital will not be responsible for loss or theft of your valuables.
• The patient will be given periodical payment advice slip for remittance of cash at the cash counter.
• Your doctor will decide as to when you have to be discharged.
• Patients and their attendants are prohibited from smoking/consumption of alcohol in the hospital premises.
• Patients' relatives are advised not to crowd the area outside the patient rooms.
• Visiting hours to the hospital will be regulated strictly for the benefit of patients, attending physicians and the smooth functioning of the hospital.
